All,

The NHC Hospitality Suite is 3 weeks away and we are in good shape with
volunteers to help serve and provide beer. Here are details:

*	The HS shift is 4-6 pm, Thursday, 6/18/09. 8 people have signed up
to help with these tasks :

* Transport, setup and serve beer: Ray Graves, Robert Schwarz and
Matt Peterson.

* Serve at HS: Arlyn Johns, Dave Howes, Nicole Erny, Juan Fajardo,
Jeff Kemper.

* We can use others who might help serve for part time over the 2
hour Hospitality Suite

We need at least 8 kegs, mainly session beers, plus back up and carry over
beers for Club Night on Friday. These people have offered to provide these
beers:

1.	Dick Fox California Common
2.	Mile McDole Amer. PA
3.	Arlyn Johns IPA, Wit or Belg. Strong
4.	Dave Howes Watermelon Wheat
5.	Ray Graves Wit, English ESB or Cal. Common
6.	Robert Schwarz Lite Ale or Scotch
7.	Dan Sherman Roggenbier
8.	Mike Mzak BOS X-pale, Mild, Sour, 100% Brett
9.	Nathan Smith Rauchbier, Imp. IPA, Belgian Strong, Old
Ale

Jonathan at B3 will give a 30% discount on ingredients for NHC beers with a
current DOZE membership card. He will also receive and store kegs for us to
pickup and transport to and from NHC.

Deadline to drop off all beers at B3 is 5:00 pm, Tuesday, 6/16. I can
pickup your beer and get it to B3 if you let me know in advance. We will
transport kegs to the Conference Center Wednesday morning 6/17 so they can
settle 1 day before serving on Thursday.

Aaron Porter who is handling Club Night and I will coordinate transporting
beer down and empty kegs back to B3 for both Hospitality Suite on Thursday
and Club Night on Friday. Beers not consumed at HS will be used at Club
Night and we will reserve some of the award winning beers for Club Night.

Assuming only 1 keg from the 9 people above, some partially filled kegs and
about 8 kegs needed per each of the 2 events, we still need more beer for
both events. Let me know if: 1) you are not listed above and will provide
a beer or 2) you are listed and can provide more than 1 beer if needed.
Also let me know if there are any corrections, changes or additions to this
info.

Thanks to everyone volunteering. DOZE will have a great range of great
beers and it will be a great event!
