Below is a schedule of Club Only Competitions for the 2009-2010 season.  Note the dates the competition will be judged and suggested brew by dates.  The brew by dates are a target time frame for brewing the beer giving time for fermentation, conditioning and lagering.  These are just suggested time frames to provide a quick reference.  Your experience with your beer is the best indicator of when you should brew.
