[DOZE] Question about Bulk Grains

I stock four grains by the sack: Domestic 2-Row, Marris Otter, German
Munich, and German Pils. I find the vast majority of all my beers can be
created with these base grains, augmented by a few small quantity specialty
grains. I store in thick plastic containers that have gasketed screw on
tops, and have never had an issue with weevils or bugs. I store in an
inside closet to avoid the high summer temps in my garage (Concord). The
Petco option that Gary mentioned are great, I think they are called "vittles
vault".
As for Domestic 2-Row vs Marris Otter, I think both have their place. I
prefer the grainy character of the Domestic 2-Row for American IPA's and
Pales. English IPA's, Pales, Irish Ales, etc all benefit from Marris Otter
(what an awesome grain btw).
