[DOZE] Question about Bulk Grains

Hey Dozers,

I'm waiting for my barley crusher to get delivered, but I'm getting ready to
start buying bulk grain and store it so I can brew at a moments notice.
I'll be getting sacks iof base malt from B3.  My questions for all of you
are:


   1. Domestic 2 row or American Pale.  Do you prefer one over the other?
   Why?  I'm looking for a versatile grain that will be able to brew many
   styles
   2. How do you all store your base malts?  How do you deal with bugs (the
   weevil kind, not the delicious sour beer kind.)
   3. Am I running the risk of my grain going bad storing it in my garage?
   It gets pretty toasty in Brentwood in the summer.
