[DOZE] Planning Meeting 1/4/09

To add, the planning meeting is an opportunity to discuss upcoming events
and plan for committees.  I would encourage anyone interested to attend.
New ideas are always welcome, or just come to listen and join a committee or
two.  There is much work to be done in 2009, and the club's success is a
direct result of many folk's contributions, so join us as we prepare for a
kick ass 2009.

We'll discuss some committees, and ideally identify a chair person for
each.  You can sign up for the committees (or volunteer to chair one) at the
planning meeting, or we'll discuss again at January's meeting.  Here are
some of the committees where you can volunteer some time.  Most of these
involve efforts focused on a single or series of events, so participation is
not a massive commitment on any one individual.

   - Competition Committee
   - NorCal Committee
   - Barrel Committee
   - NHC Committee
   - Social & Events Committee
   - Newsletter Committee
   - Website Committee
