[DOZE] Mayfaire is a GO!!!

Bring your entries here next Tuesday 3/25 from 5-6pm. 

What we need from DOZErs to make this as smooth as possible:
1.  You're responsible for all your entry information, bottle labels, 
check payment etc.

2.  You're responsible for all your own packaging of entries and 
labeling the boxes.  You must use a box.  Please put your name on the 
outside of the box and label it Mayfaire Comp.  Morebeer is not 
responsible for any beer that breaks in transit. 
3.  Due to minimal refrigeration space we cannot store your entries 
until the 3/25.  You must deliver between this 1 hour time slot.  3/25 
from 5-6pm
4.  I will have an empty pallet ready in our shipping department and 
overseeing the process. 
5.  Those who entered are required to bring some beer to share with 
other DOZErs. 

This was made possible by John Aithison (johnaitchison at earthlink.net) 
and Brent Brubaker (the deliverer).  I will be forwarding Brent's email 
to all Dozers so we can thank him for personally delivering the 
entries.  Doze gave each one of them $50 gift certificates to Morebeer 
for their time.
