[DOZE] Anchor Brewing Co. tour

DOZE'rs,

 

I have bad news and better news about the DOZE Anchor tour. The brewery
couldn't find an employee to host our tour on August 15 so it is cancelled.
The better news is that Saturday, August 23 is the AHA Rally at Anchor from
2:00 - 5:00. I suggest that we re-schedule our tour at that time. It will be
a great opportunity to schmooze with Gary Glass AHA Director and others in
preparation for the 2009 NHC in Oakland, as well as, meet our friends and
brewers from other Bay Area clubs (or not from clubs - recruiting
possibilities). The event is free to AHA members and offers discounted dues
and /or renewals to those who sign up at the event.

 

This is an excellent venue for public transit and we can work it into a
visit to Toronado, Trappist, Barclay's or whatever afterwards. I will send
out transit itinerary shortly.

 

As always at such events, DOZE attire is recommended.

 

Beer time - straight up!
