FYI -

If anybody has a strong ale for the first club competition of 2008 please bring
it in to the Monday night meeting.

Brewing Tip: If anybody is looking to enter one of these categories you have to
brew them 3 months before they're due to be at their peak and freshest flavor.

Everyone in DOZE should start brewing now for next years NHC 2008...its our
